■Design concept of FKB
“The re-happy bell” on top page of application it is made by rotating what reversed the negative and positive of the seismic-waves form (like Rubin's jar) of the Tohoku earthquake.
Let's bet back vigor to Tohoku with praying and ringing a bell.


■The re-happy bell project
Sound of life is important, I am considering these days....
The coastal area of Tohoku was a lively town until the earthquake disaster occurred.
Everything is floated by tsunami and nothing has been remained now.
The other day, we go to Ishinomaki and Rikuzentakata for investigation. I experienced the silence world.
When heavy equipments are stopping, the moment of silence coming in the stricken area.
I would like to get back the sound with their life.
Please cooperate with the re-happy bell project.
We would like you to just ring toward a stricken area at 14:4618 seconds on March 11 with praying.
It does not matter what you ring. You could use everything (a bell of a temple, Carrion of a church, or a frying pan with a spoon etc.).
If the sound which we ring serves as a wave and put back their life to Tohoku, it is great.
I wish to revive the sound of fortunate again.

■It is having felt, when it carried out to investigation near Ippommatsu in Rikuzen-Takata the other day.

The pine becomes brown
Sky is blue
Earth is all gray
Noon
Heavy equipments stop
Sound is lost for a moment
Ears look for a surrounding sound.
Faint tinnitus
I imagined the sound of wave in my mind seeing the light of sea
Clang
I came to myself
Something iron trundled



■The drum of Ogatsu
January 10, at the night which I visited Ogatsu, the full moon had shone untouched rubble palely.
In the next morning, I found plains of silvery white -all the things covered with snow.
It seemed to be the discretion of Nature that does not show Ogatsu with rubble. It was so quiet. I realize the silent world spread out there and the sound which made from life of people has disappeared from there...
On that day, I inspected practice of the drum of the Ogatsu junior high school, and realized that the sound revived someday by the children's forcibleness.
The sound from old tires is the cardiac-beats of Ogatsu. (The students of Ogatsu junior high school have resumed practice of drums with old tires instead of Japanese traditional drums.)
